What is a Patient Participation Group?
🔷 A group of patients, carers, and GP practice staff who meet regularly to discuss practice issues and patient experience to improve the service.
🔷 Provides a means for patients to become more involved and make suggestions about the healthcare services they receive.
Here at Probus Surgery we have a joint PPG with Probus Surgical Centre.
We have a virtual group who receive practice updates via email including patient newsletters.
We are now in the process of restarting our face-to-face group following a hiatus as a result of the pandemic.
